Following through with another innovation, Montigo unveils its new Linear look (Classic Flame) 52" electric fireplace for 2008. The Linear burner style electric fireplace is a long slender "ZEN" fireplace designed for your modern/contemporary home. It is designed to be a visual experience, and does not produce any heat.
To follow through with the Linear look Montigo Pioneered, this fireplace is a built-in model which means it is framed into your wall or cabinetry, it is not a stand alone unit. Standard with an ribbon style flame pattern, it can be adjusted in color to suit your mood or environment.
Unfotunately at the time of writing all the power supply requirements, etc are not available. But stay tuned in March for all the upcoming design releases.

HGTV Renovation Program showcases installation of Montigo L42-DF Gas fireplace.....
The episode, "Devine Design, HDIVD-1103" shows the installation of a Montigo L42-DF gas fireplace, a renovation of an 'open great room'. The intent of the renovation is to bring flow, and focus to an otherwise barren room. The focal point of the program was to showcase the L42-DF single-side fireplace. Through out the program it is shown being framed, installed, and finally in operation.
The show produced a great feature spot for a remarkable fireplace that has gained acceptance and praise for ease of installation and operation.

A quick overview of the (L38-ST "Now Available") & L42-ST See-thru.
The L38-ST and the L42-ST gas fireplace are the evolutionary progression from a single side fireplace, AKA the L38-DF and L42-DF Single-sided. Built on the same philosophy of quality an durability, Montigo utilized the knowledge gained on the development of the Single-sided L-Series fireplace to use as a stepping stone in the design of the Multi-sided. Also, like its single-sided counterparts the L38-ST and L42-ST will come standard with patterned marbles, with the availability of River rocks and a stainless steel, or black surround as options.
The increase in glass, being both sides, translates to an increase in the glass viewing area. Now, with both sides covered with glass these fireplace's produces a considerable amount of heat. The BTU rating for the L38-ST will be 27,000 and the L42-ST 29,000BTU. As you can imagine the amount of glass glass adds to the appeal of these see-thru fireplaces. The L38-ST viewing area is, 17-1/2" tall and 36 1/2" wide, and the L42-ST is 18 1/2" tall by 39 1/2" wide.
Also, with most other Montigo fireplaces, this fireplace can be ordered as Natural Gas, (NG) and Liquid Propane (LP). As options you can order the stainless steel, or black surround to match the window frame. There are also optional Black and multi-colored beads, as well as the option to add more of the standard glass beads. And of course these fireplaces are Architecturally appealing, and with styling to match your contemporary decorating. At Montigo we have a saying, wherever there's fire there is a Montigo fireplace, "The art of fireplaces”.
